Graphite Cube
Graphite
6 x 6 x 6 inches

Graphite is formed when carbon bonds in sheets of regular hexagonal tiles. Here, the cubic form addresses the structure of graphite through its dimension, number of sides, and hexagonal axonometric perspective. The graphite cube has become, for me, the objectification of the expressive, artistic mark. I'm interested in playing games within the system directed by this mark.
